The Power of Walking Regularly 🚶🏽♂️
Walking… such an underrated exercise. Find a nice trail in nature somewhere and just start roaming, breathe in that free fresh air. No fancy gym membership needed, no special equipment or row machines, just you alone with your own thoughts.
Ever come home from a long hard day and just feel stressed out, so much noise in the world can make it hard to concentrate. Especially with social media at your fingertips. Walking can be the perfect antidote for a chaotic life!
Don’t over complicate it
People love their fancy gyms or the special classes pilates yoga, running clubs… the list goes on. But how simple and easy is walking? No need to sign up and better yet no need to stress. Human beings love the latest trends and fads, ice baths and the likes but along the way we forgot about one of the best ‘trends’ out there walking…
Building a stronger mind
Waking regularly can help clear the mind, get the blood flowing and forget about the problems of the world. When it’s just you alone with your thoughts you let the world drown out. No white noise. It may even give you time to focus on important things in your life and possibly plan things out as you go for a stroll through the woods. Everybody loves going to spas and saunas but nobody wants to give their own brain a ‘spa’.
Character building
Committing to walking will help with discipline. Seems like a cheat code no? Once that discipline muscle grows stronger it may help you in other aspects of your life. “Great things are done by a series of small things brought together.” — Vincent Van Gogh
Build a new Physique
After a few sessions I’m sure you will find that your body starts to change along with your weight. Slowly but surely if you walk regularly enough your fat will somewhat disappear and your body will become more toned. I’m not saying your going to look like superman but its a proven way to loose some fat and gain some muscle with helps with the morale all year round.

Bonus
Plans only hold together when they are met with discipline, if you miss a day no worries but try not to skip multiple. Make a date and stick to it
The Bigger Picture
Walking doesn’t need to overrun your life, you don’t need to suddenly drop everything and become a walking fanatic. Just enough so you can move effectively & think clearly when out and about. The plan is to become a more efficient person, less noise more clarity, in a world full of distractions.
The Truth
Walking may be the key ingredient you’re missing in your life. We can seem to get so caught up in our days that we forget to wind down and take a breather. Being strong enough and disciplined enough even with task like walking may change your life. Domino effect
