The Power of Walking Regularly 🚶🏽‍♂️

Everybody loves a good walk! But lets be honest how often do you go? How often do you get the blood flowing? Spend some time in nature? With friends? Away from your phone? Or are you snapchatting the whole time? 

All jokes aside walking regularly can be a great way to unwind especially after a busy day.. take the dogs down the park and run with them. Get some fresh air in your lungs instead of sitting on the park bench checking your ‘emails’ 😜

Finding a new walking spot can be equally as exciting as friday night take away lets be honest. But going once in a blue moon doesn’t really change anything. You need to find time to wind down after a busy day and what better way to do that then by getting some fresh air! 🍃

Bonus Tip

Walking regularly can also be a great way to subtlety loose weight or conversely put on on muscle tone (in your legs/ glutes) and improve your overall wellbeing. So dont be the person on the park bench while there dogs run around 😜
